COVID-19 Vaccine Information

Gladstone Park Medical Clinic is not participating in the COVID-19 vaccination program – Phase 1b rollout at this stage.

The clinic may consider commencing participation of the at a later date. All our patients will be notified when this occurs, either by SMS, via Facebook, signage in the clinic and our website.

If you are a patient of our clinic and require an Eligibility Certificate/Certificate to enable you to receive the COVID-19 vaccine at another facility, you will need to make a make an appointment with your treating GP to receive the required documents.
